However, it is slightly different from the other Bloom's coffee as this was a natural processed coffee. Giving it a complex body with medium acidity and notes of chocolate and cherry.
Bloom's Coffee is a family-owned farm that has been growing coffee since the 1940s. Over the last 80 years, they have been growing this green gold, and for the last few years, they have been exporting it to the United States. However, we didn't know it was Bloom's because this specialty Honduran coffee that has been widely sold and distributed here in the United States, has been purchased and sold under other people's brand.
